I have been a massage therapist for 9 years. I am a wife and mother of 3 adult children. I love working with the Art of Wellness team to help our clients and patients to restore balance, reconnect with their body's and reclaim their calm.
Each session is a space for your body to exhale. A place where stress unwinds, tension melts and your nervous system find safety again. Your body holds wisdom, every muscle, breath and subtle shift tells a story. I am interested in that story.
I combine somatic awareness, customized therapeutic massage and nervous system focused body work to help you regulate, release and realign not just temporarily but deeply. Using slow intuitive techniques that speak directly to your body's need for safety and presence, sessions are guided moment by moment. Never a formula, always a dialogue.

Customized Therapeutic Massage
A blend of targeted pressure and fluid movements designed around your body's needs, weather you're recovering from chronic tension, stress, or injury, each session supports whole body balance.
Cupping Therapy
Gentle suction cups lift and decompress the tissue improving circulation and releasing deeply held tension. Cupping helps clear stagnation, improve mobility and promote faster recovery.
Gusha
Traditional scraping technique that softens tight fascia, reduces inflammation and encourages lymphatic flow. This technique is especially effective for muscular stiffness and chronic tightness in the neck.
Sound Massage
Himalayan singing bowls are used to provide gentle vibrations and soothing sounds. The sound waves travel through the tissue and fluid, releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting deep relaxation.
Somatic Attuned Touch
This approach to healing blends traditional bodywork with a deep awareness of the body's internal experience. Every session is personalized to meet your needs and is guided by your body's own rhythms.
