  Welcome, I’m Sonya, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Serenity with Sonya LLC. For the past two years, I’ve been honored to hold space for healing with intuitive, soul-centered care.  My practice offers a range of therapeutic services including relaxation massage, therapeutic/deep tissue work, lymphatic massage, cupping therapy, and Vibrational Sound Therapy. Each modality is thoughtfully integrated to support your physical recovery, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.  I believe the body holds deep wisdom and through skilled touch, we can access that wisdom to release tension, process stored emotion, and promote holistic healing. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, post-surgical healing, emotional stress, or simply in need of stillness, I tailor each session with compassion, presence, and therapeutic intention.  This work is more than massage, it’s a reconnection to self.
